How we ship the item  to you?

1)Our shipping  method contains: DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT and FedEx, as well as Hong Kong  international small package.

2) Usually the free  shipping items we will default ship by Hongkong post, the delivery time is 7-30  working days.

3)  It's really important for you to provide us with your  correct shipping address, contact telephone number, zip code, so that we can  delivery the item to you effectively and timely.

4)  If your address belongs to  remote area, customer will need to pay remote handling cost or we will change to  ship by EMS. Please remember to E-mail if you have any special  requirement.

5)  Brazil and South Korea customers notice
If you are Brazil and South Korea  customers, please mail us telling us in advance your ID card Number, it is  essential for shipment and customs clearance. Due to longer  customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30  days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin  America.

NOTICE: Normally,  most of the items on our website can be shipped to most countries in the world.  However, different shipping methods may have different limitations on the  delivery destination. For example, so far Russia and Ukrain only  available  shipping by EMS and HK post,  other shipping method likes DHL, UPS couldn't  reach Russia and Ukrain for because of their local customs issue. In this case,  our customer service will provide you some instruction.
