Taking the replacement of MSV90 engine ECU as an example
1. Click on the anti-theft menu to enter the independent anti-theft software
2. Select software
3. Click the confirm button to enter the software,
4. This function requires the engine ECU to be removed and operated on the platform, without the need for an OBD head to be connected to the vehicle
5. Click on the engine module replacement,
6. Click on the BENCH mode,
7. Due to the large amount of data read and write in BENCH mode, unstable Bluetooth and WIFI may cause ECU damage. Please be sure to use USB to connect the device and connector. After connecting, click OK
8. Select the corresponding engine ECU model. In this case, MSV90 is used, so MSV90 is chosen_ TC1796
9. Click to display the connection diagram
10. Connect the engine ECU and programmer according to the wiring diagram, and then connect them. Click OK,
11. Click on the connection function, and the backup and restore function can only be executed after the connection is successful.
12. After successfully connecting, click OK,
13. Click on the backup EEPROM data function
14. Enter the backup file name, click OK, the backup is successful, click OK,
15. Click on the backup FLASH data function,
16. Enter the name of the file you want to save and click OK. If the save is successful, click OK,
17. Click on the FLASH data decryption function
18. Select the FLASH file data of the original vehicle and click OK
19. Take a photo and record the 32-bit ISN code, click OK
20. After completing the operation, please click on the disconnect function to power off the ECU
21. After disconnecting, click OK to remove the original engine ECU from the vehicle
22. After connecting the external engine EUC, perform the same steps as above to back up the EEPROM and FLASH files and save them. Then, execute the modify ISN function and click to modify the ISN
23. Select the FLASH file of the external engine ECU and click OK
24. Enter the ISN code decrypted from the original vehicle ECU and click OK
25. Enter the file name, save the FLASH file after modifying the ISN code, and click OK
26. Click to restore FLASH data and load the FLASH file after modifying the ISN code
27. Successfully restored FLASH, click to confirm
28. After completing the operation, please click on the disconnect function to power off the ECU
29. After disconnecting, click OK to remove the external engine ECU
30. After installing the external engine ECU into the vehicle, perform programming and coding functions
